Update @ 5.05PM: Trains on the Gold Coast line have resumed following an earlier Police incident but commuters are being warned to expect ongoing delays.
Services were suspended between Ormeau and Kuraby after two men climbed onto the roof at Trinder Park Station.
It’s understood both men have now been taken into custody.

Translink is warning that people can expect residual delays of up to 60 minutes.
Commuters say they were forced off trains and onto the street.
One person has told myGC that angry commuters were hurling abuse at Queensland Rail staff and at other passengers as everyone scrambled to leave stations to queue for buses.

Earlier @ 4.50PM: There are major delays for train commuters on the Gold Coast line with services suspended between Ormeau and Kuraby.
A Police incident at Trinder Park station has forced the line to be closed.
A Police spokesperson has told myGC that two people climbed onto the roof of the station.
One person has since been taken into custody but Police continue to negotiate with the second person.
Passengers have been told that replacement buses are being organised but could take up to an hour to turn up.
Commuters have reported long lines outside stations as people wait for buses.
