Gold Coast trio arrested in relation to drug syndicate
Three people have been accused of being part of a Gold Coast organised crime syndicate.
The 43-year-old woman and two men, aged 53 and 24 have been charged with 55 offences and are allegedly a part of a ‘high threat’ group which produces crystal methamphetamine and cocaine.
The charges follow “Operation Atlanta”, an investigation into local ice syndicates.
The Crime Corruption Commission made a serious of arrest related to an alleged ice production site at Main Beach earlier this year.
The trio will face multiple charges at Southport Magistrates Court on August 17, including supplying a dangerous drug.
