A Gold Coast woman has been charged, after police allegedly found drugs in a sunglasses case stashed in a stolen car last weekend.
The car was seen speeding along Queens Road in Slacks Creek just before 8.00pm on Saturday night.
It was later found at an apartment block in Woodridge, and the 42-year-old woman was arrested a short time later.

Police allege that during the search, they located a quantity of GHB stored in a sunglasses case under the front passenger seat, as well as some in a bag on the front seat.
Police also allegedly found a small knife.
The Ormeau woman was charged with one count each of unlawful use of motor vehicle, possess dangerous drugs, possess utensils or pipes and possession of a knife in a public place.
She’s due to front Beenleigh court today.
