A GOLD Coast woman has been charged with high-range drink-driving following an incident at Paradise Point.
Members of the public raised the alarm around midday on Wednesday after spotting the woman driving erratically.
The 45-year-old was arrested after allegedly failing a roadside breath test and was taken to Runaway Bay Police Station where she was subjected to a secondary test.

In a statement, police said the woman allegedly failed the second test and returned a breath alcohol concentration of .308% – more than six times the legal limit.
The local Paradise Point woman has since been charged with one count of high-range drink-driving and will appear in Southport Magistrates Court on May 15.
