A Gold Coaster is among ten very lucky Queenslanders who have started the week a whole lot richer after sharing in Saturday night’s Gold Lotto jackpot.
The group held one of the three division one winning entries nationally. Each entry takes home a division one prize of $2,579,223.01.
The group’s 3-game System entry also won division three 30 times, division four 150 times and division six 200 times, boosting their total prize to $2,613,269.01.

Each member of the syndicate has walked away with $261,326.90.
Shares into the syndicate were purchased at nine Golden Casket outlets across the state – from Cairns to Townsville, Brisbane to Ipswich, and the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast.
The winning Gold Coast ticket was purchase at News Extra in Coomera.
The Lott spokesperson Lauren Cooney said some syndicate members held unregistered entries and might have yet to discover their winning news.
“This Queensland syndicate held one of the three division one winning entries across the country in the weekend’s Saturday Gold Lotto draw,” she said.
“It’s fair to say these syndicate members have had a great start to their week by pocketing hundreds of thousands of dollars!
“While we’ll be reaching out to those syndicate members who registered their entries to their players card, some syndicate members have unregistered entries and may not yet know they’re part of this winning group.
“If you purchased a share in a syndicate for the recent Saturday Gold Lotto draw, today’s the day to check it!”
