Gold Coasters asked to have their say on Council services

Gold Coast City Council is asking for locals for feedback as it tries to improve the 800 service it provides for the community.

Council is developing a new Customer Experience Strategy and has launched a survey today to shape the strategy and deliver better services.

Acting Mayor Donna Gates said customer expectations were changing.

“We want our customers to have the best possible experience when dealing with us and using our services,” she said.

“It’s so important that our growing and diverse community of residents, businesses and visitors can have their say about their experience as a customer.

“Whether it’s using our libraries, our sporting facilities or a park; submitting a development application, applying for business licence, or registering their dog, every one of these are part of a customer’s experience with us.”

“Your feedback will be used in developing this strategy, with the ultimate aim of making life easier for our customers.”

The survey opens on Thursday 4 July and closes on Thursday 25 July 2019.
