Bookings are now open for the Gold Coast’s world-class dive site which is set to open next month.
Two local operators have been chosen to run tours to Wonder Reef, 2.5km off the Spit.
Wonder Reef will open on June 8 to coincide with World Ocean Day.

The dive site has been installed at a depth of 30 metres and features nine world-first buoyant sculptural reef flutes.
“This one-of-a-kind diving attraction will attract divers from around the world,” Mayor Tom Tate said.
“It’s going to put the Gold Coast on the map for top diving experiences and I’m pleased to see two local businesses joining us on the journey.”

“This is another great addition to the world-class visitor experiences that make the Gold Coast the world’s favourite Australian holiday playground destination.”
Gold Coast Dive Adventures based at Runaway Bay and Queensland Scuba Diving based at Mariners Cove have been selected to run tours.
