Graham gets 12 years for Robina Town Centre shooting

THE MAN behind the Robina Town Centre shooting in April of 2012 has been sentenced to 12 years and 3 months behind bars.

Mark James Graham was found guilty of attempted murder and unlawful wounding in September, after opening fire in the busy centre.

It’s understood he was attempting to kill rival bikie member Jacques Teamo when one stray bullet hit innocent shopper Kathy Devitt.

In sentencing in Brisbane today, Graham offered $10,000 to Devitt in compensation.

He’ll have to serve 80 per cent of his sentence because he was declared a serious violent offender.
