UPDATE @ 12.30 PM | One person has been hospitalised after a massive four vehicle crash on the Pacific Motorway this morning.
The accident, involving a truck and a number of cars, happened northbound at Oxenford, just before Exit 60, around 10.30am.
Multiple patients were treated at the scene by paramedics for minor injuries.

One person was taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
The crash caused major delays for motorists travelling along the M1 this morning, however traffic has since eased.
EARLIER @ 11.00 AM | MOTORISTS are being urged to avoid the Pacific Motorway northbound, with traffic at a standstill following a massive four vehicle crash.

A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson told myGC multiple motorists are currently being treated at the scene by paramedics.
Thankfully they are understood to have escaped with only minor injuries.
The Department of Transport and Main Roads says at least one lane has been blocked, with motorists urged to seek alternative routes or allow for extra travel time.
Northbound traffic is already back to Gaven, while delays are also quickly building southbound.
