Popular online discounter Groupon Australia are recalling a range of hooded baby bath robes over fire safety fears.
The robes, which are suitable for one to two-year-olds, have been pulled from sale as they’re missing the appropriate fire hazard label.
“The products do not carry the proper fire hazard labels as required by the mandatory standard for children’s sleepwear and limited daywear,” a recall notice posted on the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission website reads.

“Failure to include the fire hazard information labels may result in consumers being unaware of the fire danger rating for these products.”
The robes, which come in three different animal designs: an owl, shark or mouse, were available for sale online between 8 August 2016 – 16 September 2016
The company has advised customers to immediately stop using the products, and to return them to Groupon Australia for a full refund.
