Gunman on the run

UPDATE – THE lockdown at a US university where a student was shot outside a residence hall has been lifted.

Students are now free to leave their residence, however they are being urged to use caution.

A gunman is on the run after a shooting at a US College.

The Delaware State University is still in lockdown and a Campus spokesman says the victim was taken to a hospital..
