A would-be burglar who killed a puppy as he tried to break into a home in Tasmania’s north is being hunted by police.
Officers in Devonport say the 4-month-old pup suffered significant injuries in the break-in attempt between 4pm and 7pm yesterday and died as a result.
Police are now appealing for information from the community to catch the heartless crim.
