Helicopter to drop 30,000 Easter eggs on Gold Coast suburb

A HELICOPTER will drop more than 30,000 chocolate Easter eggs over Upper Coomer on Good Friday.

The big drop will take place during a community get-together at the Upper Coomera State College.

Hosted by Forward Church, the Easter event will be jam-packed with fun for the whole family, including jumping castles, food stalls, and live entertainment.

The highlight, however, will be when a helicopter drops more than 30,000 chocolate Easter eggs over the school’s sporting oval.

The event kicks off from 10am on Good Friday.
