It’s international yoga day this weekend and luckily for the Gold Coast, there’s heaps of yogies amongst us.
To celebrate, a big bunch of smiling stretchers are all getting together for a FREE class!
It’s the first time the international day has been celebrated on the Gold Coast, thanks to the High Commission of India in Canberra, FICQ, GOPIO Gold Coast and Australian School of Meditation & Yoga.

There’ll be two free sessions in Kurrawa Park tomorrow – next to the surf club: one at 8.15am, and one at 9.10am.
And all you have to bring is your yoga mat!
Because it’s a free event … and everyone loves those, you do have to register.

If you don’t want to trek all the way into Broadbeach though, the Winter Wellness Day is on at the Smith Collective in Southport, and they’re hosting free yoga classes as well.
