A senior police officer from Queensland’s State Crime Command has been stood down from official duty.
The 49-year-old male officer is the subject of an Ethical Standards Command investigation.
The Detective Senior Sergeant was served with a Disciplinary Hearing Notice after he allegedly conducted unauthorised searches on the Queensland Police Service QPRIME system.
