Get peddling Gold Coasters, because Bike Week has officially taken off in Queensland.

Right through until Sunday, there are free activities taking place across the Gold Coast to encourage locals to leave the car at home and jump on a bike instead.

This Wednesday, beat the traffic by joining the Gold Coast’s cycling commuter community. Be sure to make a pit-stop at Surfers Paradise Foreshore on your way to the office to enjoy a free breakfast and bicycle maintenance check.

If you are wanting to get active with mum this Mother’s Day, why not take part in the free Riding with the Gals event together on Sunday 14 May at Varsity Lakes.
