A man has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly trying to push an 18-year-old woman off a unit balcony in Brisbane.
The horror scenes unfolded around 10.00pm on Thursday, at a unit complex on Albert Street in Brisbane City.
“It will be alleged the 39-year-old man attempted to push the 18-year-old woman, known to him, from a unit complex balcony,” Qld police said.

A number of shocked and concerned residents immediately called police, who rushed to the scene and arrested the man in the vicinity.
He has since been charged with attempted murder (domestic violence offence), assault occasioning bodily harm (domestic violence offence) and possess utensil.
The man is due to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court today.
Thankfully the woman was taken to hospital for treatment to non-life-threatening injuries.
