Some suburbs could record temperatures pushing 40-degrees, with Nerang expecting a high of 39, according to the Bureau of Meteorology.
It will be a bit cooler in Coolangatta, which has a forecast top of 30. While Surfers Paradise is set to reach 31 and Robina, 34.
