More than a dozen homes have been lost in a large bushfire in southern NSW.
The blaze has taken out more than 3400 hectares of land at Carwoola, east of Queanbeyan. It’s believed 15 homes have been destroyed.
Firefighters will look to take advantage of milder conditions on Saturday and the advice level has been downgraded to “watch and act”.
