How buying a Big Mac can help sick kids in need

IT’S McHappy Day this Saturday and Australians are being encouraged to show their support for seriously ill children and their families.

$2 from every Big Mac sold and other funds raised will help provide accommodation for families while their child receives medical treatment in hospital.

Malcolm Coutts from Ronald McDonald House Charities says we can also show our support by purchasing a Helping Hand or donating on the website.

While Aussie actor, Ryan Kwanten (Home and Away, True Blood), is among the many celebrities throwing his support behind the Day.
