Hugh Jackman gifts R.M. Williams workers $1.2M for Christmas

They don’t call him the nicest guy in showbusiness for no reason!

Aussie legend Hugh Jackman has once again warmed hearts across the country, gifting employees at R.M. Williams a whopping combined Christmas present of $1.2 million.

The Wolverine Star is understood to have dipped into his very own pocket to give every single worker at the Australian boot company a Christmas cash bonus of $1,300 each.

While the 51-year-old has not publicly confessed to the kind gesture, the company reportedly confirmed the act of generosity in a statement to 7News.

Jackman has a close connection to the brand, having previously held a 5 per cent share in the company before it was taken over by Australian mining magnate Andrew ‘Twiggy’ Forrest this year.

The Greatest Showman actor has remained on as a global ambassador.
