Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Mansion is officially off the market, selling for a bunny-hopping $100 million.

The well-known businessman and playboy’s next door neighbour, 33-year-old Daren Metropoulos, is the proud new owner of the historic abode, confirming the deal on his twitter account on Monday.

“$100 million sale of Playboy Mansion to Daren Metropoulos closes,” Mr Metropoulos, who is the son of billionaire businessman C. Dean Metropoulos, wrote.

While the mansion may have a brand new owner, the Pyjama-clad Playboy founder will remain living in the five-acre LA home for the rest of his life.

Daren Metropoulos bought the house next door to the Playboy Mansion in 2009. According to reports, he intends to join the two abodes together.
