Human jaw bone found at Brisbane construction site

A crime scene has been established after a human jaw bone was discovered in a Brisbane park.

Police say that the bones, found by council workers at Teneriffe yesterday, are believed to be “historical in nature” however further scientific testing will be conducted to determine the age of the bones.

Forensic Police remain at the site on Teneriffe Drive.
