It’s believed he hid the firearms after his wife’s disappearance.

Sharon Edwards, a teacher at a local Grafton school,  has been missing for six months.

The 55-year-old vanished from her home on the night of March 14.

Her car was found in the driveway and the clothes she wore to dinner with friends that night were inside the house but her handbag and phone have never been found.

In April, Mr Edwards and his sons, Eli, Josh and Zac, pleaded to the public for any information about the disappearance of their mother.
