Hyde Paradiso is finally here, and our mouths are watering at 9.00am.
It’s the Gold Coast’s new premium lunch and dinner venue, bringing food and dining options from arguably the best food and wine area in the world.
Basically… Greek, Turkish, Moroccan, Lebanese and Italian cuisines have come together in one snazzy location (beachfront of course) to trick your senses into believing you’re actually dining by the sea in the Mediterranean, and yeah, sign us up.

Executive Chef Joel F Bryant says the menu hopes to take diners on a trip through Europe, with a casual tapas style.
“Our food embraces the culture of social sharing, with fresh light dishes designed to complement sea views, while guests are sipping tasty cocktails and refreshing wines,” Mr Bryant said.
Here are some words to get your mouth juices flowing… literally just copied from the Autumn menu.
Sumac, salt and pepper squid or kale and pecorino arancini… Prosecco and Vermentino from Italy… 60-day aged op rib with roasted tomato… Sangiovese… Grenache… juicy BBQ octopus, smoked eggplant and Taramosolata…
Sure, we didn’t quite understand all those words, but they look delicious all the same and they’re all available this season at Hyde Paradiso.
PLUS – the decor.
Think ocean blue on a sunny day, think terracotta splashes, throw in natural wooden tones, Santorini-white archways, stone plates, and greenery for fun.
In a calm, sophisticated and very much social layout, the LA-themed space does a great job of reflecting the ocean views featured through the main floor to ceiling windows.
It’s delicious to look at, and definitely earns its ‘Paradiso’ title.
Here’s our very favourite part though, they’ve got the socially acceptable excuse for day-drinking we’re all begging for: The Bottomless Brunch.
From 12pm on weekends, guests can enjoy the best selection of signature dishes and cocktails for just… $89 per person.
Hyde Paradiso is located on The Esplanade, within Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise, open Monday – Sunday from 12pm – late.
