Image of man released after pedestrian robbed at knifepoint
Police have released an image of a man after a pedestrian was robbed at knifepoint in Granville last month.
About 7.55pm on Friday 24 June, a 29-year-old man was walking along Blaxcell Street when he was approached by a man.
Police have been told the man produced a knife and demanded money from the 29-year-old who handed over a wallet containing credit cards and personal documents.
Following investigations into the robbery, police have discovered that the man purchased several items from a nearby service station with the stolen credit cards.
He has been described as being of Caucasian appearance, 182cm tall with a slim build, has short medium length brown hair and was wearing a black zip-up jacket with sports shoes.
