Injured hinterland motorbike rider airlifted

A teenage boy, injured in an off-road motorbike incident near Beaudesert, has been airlifted to Hospital.

The 14-year-old suffered possible spinal injuries in the accident at around 7pm last night.

The Gold Coast based RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter was tasked to transfer him to the Mater Children’s Hospital.

He travelled in a stable condition.

RACQ CareFlight Rescue has now airlifted four patients injured in off-road motorbike incidents in three days.
