Injured woman gives birth just hours after partner dies in crash

AN injured woman has given birth to a baby boy just hours after watching her partner die in a horror crash.

Felicity Jessop suffered serious injuries in a three-car crash on Friday September 4.

It’s alleged the accident occurred when her partner Tim Brown, drove through a red light smashing into two cars at Kambah, south Canberra.

He died at the scene whilst Ms Jessop was rushed to intensive care.

The crash took place after a high-speed police chase was called off.

After surviving the horrifying crash, Ms Jessop gave birth to a baby boy the following day and named him after his father.

In an attempt to help support the single mum, her friend Samantha Hurley created a fundraising website on GoFundMe.

‘No one in this world deserves this, I thought I would start this page as she is going to need all the help she can get as she will receive it all from family at this time but as a friend, and I know you all do aswell, I would like to help her as she was a very good friend to me, and deserves a happy life for her and her boy as I’m sure Tim wanted,’ Ms Hurley said.
