Investigations underway after man stabbed to death

A man has tragically died after a overnight stabbing attack in Sydney’s inner-west.

Emergency services were called to a unit block on Pyrmont Bridge Road in Camperdown around 8.00pm, following reports a man had been stabbed.

Paramedics treated a 25-year-old at the scene before rushing him to hospital in a critical condition.


Despite desperate attempts, the man could not be saved and died a short time later.

A crime scene has since been established at the unit block, and officers from Leichhardt Police Area Command are investigating.

It’s understood no arrests have been made.
