Cavill Avenue has attracted the utter dregs of society. They congregate around the toilet block where they try to intimidate anyone into handing over money. Why have the police not moved these junkies on? More trouble to follow, we saw a fight there yesterday afternoon around 1.00pm and not a copper to be seen.
