After her fiance Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin bravely revealed his struggle with mental health issues, Jesinta Campbell tried to hold it together and put on a brave face.
But the Gold Coast model has revealed throughout the ordeal she would often find herself in tears.
“There have been a lot of times that I’ve had my full hair and makeup done and I’ve had to go and get it touched up because I’ve been in tears on the way to work,” Campbell exclusively told The Sun Herald’s Kate Waterhouse.

The 24-year-old also said she has been left “quite exhausted” by the past few months and mentioned that Franklin is now in “good” health.
“We just take each day as it comes. It has been really difficult. I’ve continued working throughout the entire process, which has taken its toll on me. I’m quite exhausted from it all.” she said.
Following the publication of the interview on Sunday, the former Miss Universe shared a photo with Buddy on Instagram with the caption ‘Happiness’.
