Jet ski rider seriously injured in horror crash

A MAN is in a serious condition after being thrown from his jet ski in a horror crash on the NSW Central Coast.

The incident happened about 1.45pm on Tuesday, at Wallarah Creek in Blue Haven.

Police said emergency services rushed to the creek after receiving reports a jet ski had crashed.


The rider, a 35-year-old man, was thrown from the vessel into the water and suffered serious head injuries.

He was rescued by officers before being rushed to John Hunter Hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash and are urging anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward.
