Jetstar flight forced to make emergency landing in Brisbane
A Jetstar flight has made an emergency landing after smoke filled the cabin and uncomforting noises were heard coming from the engine.
Footage of the frightening incident was uploaded online, showing the moment haze engulfed the plane.
The Airbus A320 was en-route from Sydney to Cairns when it was forced to land in Brisbane around 4.00pm Thursday.
Jetstar says the smoke is believed to have been caused by a technical issue with one of the engines.
The pilot and crew on board the flight have since been praised with all passengers escaping unharmed.
