Jordan Speith has taken out the title of the British Open in spectacular style.
The 23-year-old American held off stiff competition from countryman Matt Kuchar to win the Claret Jug.
Speith shot an incredible one-under-par 69 on Sunday, earning him a three-stroke victory at 12-under.

He added to his already bulging trophy cabinet, which includes a Masters win in 2015 and US Open Triumphs, and joins the Legendary Jack Nicklaus as only the second player to have won three of golf’s four majors before age 24.
If Speith can manage to win the PGA Championship next month, he would be the youngest to complete the career slam of majors.
He’d be only the sixth player to do so and would join illustrious company including, Tiger Woods, Nicklaus, Gary Player, Gene Sarazen and Ben Hogan.
