It comes 14 years after his controversial Super Bowl performance, where he exposed Janet Jackson’s breast in a “wardrobe malfunction” in 2004.
“This will be Timberlake’s third time performing on the Super Bowl Halftime stage, giving him the distinction of having the most appearances by an individual entertainer,” the NFL said in a statement.
The Super Bowl will take place at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minnesota on Sunday, February 4, 2018.
