Kids injured after mother high on ice crashes stolen hire car

A MOTHER allegedly high on the drug ice has crashed a stolen hire car while her two unrestrained children sat in the back.

The AAP reports the suspended driver slammed into the back of another car at Adelaide in South Australia on Friday night.

Two children under the age of five were taken to hospital with minor injuries.


A police drug test allegedly revealed the woman was high on methamphetamine.

She’s been slapped with a string of serious charges, including driving without due care, dangerous driving, two counts of aggravated acts to endanger life, two counts of failing to ensure child safely restrained, driving while suspended, two counts of illegal use and drug driving.
