The Kitchens set to be a foodie haven for Gold Coasters
In less than three short weeks, Robina Town Centre will become a hub for foodies.
Construction is almost complete on the centre’s $160 million new food playground ‘The Kitchens’, which is due to open on November 3.

Likened to the Chelsea Markets of New York City, The Kitchens will see 55 new retailers open in huge two-level space that has been designed to resemble an urban marketplace.

The new area has all the essential ingredients to be a delicious destination where Gold Coasters can dine on globally inspired food, shop for seasonal produce, brush shoulders with local providores, and even enjoy tastings, workshops and master classes.

The Kitchens Curator Daniel West told myGC the new area will have have something to offer everyone’s tastebuds. “This place is for food lovers. From our meat lovers to our vegetarians, our vegans to those who love a bit of extra cheese – it’s all going to be here.”

The full line-up of retailers has been revealed and includes George Calombaris’ popular souvlaki bar venture Jimmy Grants, Byron Bay’s Naked Treaties, Fish Lab by William Wu, new-to-market Honey Eater Kitchen, plant based bar and restaurant Elixiba, Italian gelato and desserts store Lavezzi, Crafted Coffee Co., Eshai Teahouse, Mr Pigs Bakehouse and many, many more.
