Dozens of fire fighters have managed to put out a large blaze at a factory in Sydney’s west that sent a cloud of black smoke into the area.
The Regents Park building went up in flames about 7.30am on Sunday, with residents waking to the incredible sight.
According to Channel Seven reporter Tom Sacre one person has been treated for smoke inhalation, but it’s not believed anyone has suffered serious injuries.

“I woke up and noticed big black clouds were coming by and I thought this was very close to home,” witness Mohamed Daniel told Seven.
“When I arrived here there seemed to be a very large fire, out of control,” he added.
Crews have since extinguished the blaze, the cause of which is not yet known, but it’s thought to have started in the paint room.
