A four-year-old girl has been left devastated after heartless thieves broke into her family home and stole her beloved new pet pup.
About 11.30am on Monday, the little girl’s parents returned to their Croydon Hills home in Melbourne and discovered that their house had been broken into.
A number of items had been stolen including a laptop, iPad and jewellery – however, what was most upsetting to the owners is that their 8-week-old Labrador puppy Sasha was missing.

Despite an extensive search of the area by her owners, Sasha wasn’t located and police suspect she was also stolen during the burglary.
Police have released images of the puppy in the hope that someone has seen her and she can be reunited with her 4-year-old owner.
