Adam Scott will return home to the Gold Coast this November to headline the field at the Australian PGA championship.
The Masters champion and Gold Coast local said he’s excited to play at RACV Royal Pines Resort alongside world number eight Sergio Garcia.
“Competing in front of a home crowd is always such a highlight for me, I really appreciate the local support and I am hoping that this year I can add my name to the Joe Kirkwood Cup for a second time,” he said.

“It’s great to see Sergio in the field for this year’s event and I am sure he and his family will enjoy all that the Gold Coast has to offer while they are in town.”
CEO of the Australian PGA, Gavin Kirkam, expects a strong field for this year’s event.
“With the current Masters champion (Garcia) and Australia’s only Masters champion (Scott) in the field, fans are in for a real treat at the Australian PGA Championship this year.”
The championship will run from 30 November to 3 December and tickets starting from $25 can be purchased online or at the gate.
Children under the age of 16 can attend for free with a paying adult.
