Locals to run a marathon in sumo suits for charity

FORGET the lycra, 40 competitors are set to don a sumo suit and together run a marathon, all in the name of two local charities.

This Sunday, 16 February, scores of von Bibra staff members will line up at the Sumo Family Fun Day at Evandale Parklands and run 1km in a Sumo Suit until a full 42kms has been completed.

Each runner has been raising money for Bravehearts and the Animal Welfare League QLD.
