A LOGAN teen has been charged with two counts of murder over a horror crash that killed a pregnant woman and her partner as they walked their dog in Brisbane’s Bayside.
It’s alleged the 17-year-old stole a white Landcruiser between 4 and 5pm on Tuesday afternoon from a Cleveland house.
Not long after, the stolen 4WD was involved in a road rage incident, with shocking footage showing the driver deliberately colliding with a silver Hyundai at the intersection of Vienna and Finucane Roads before speeding away.

Just 15 minutes later the teen was allegedly driving the car west on Finucane Road when he ran a red light and collided with a tow truck.
The impact caused the Landcruiser to roll, hitting the 31-year-old woman and 37-year-old man was they walked their dog.
Sadly, the pair died at the scene.
According to Nine News, the woman was pregnant at the time.
The 17-year-old driver ran off and tried to steal a car from a nearby home but he was spotted by one of the residents who followed him to Chelsea Crescent where he was eventually arrested by police.
He was taken to hospital for minor injuries.
A 17-year-old Waterford West male has since been charged with two counts of murder, one count of dangerous operation of a vehicle (adversely affected by an intoxicating substance), two counts of burglary and one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and attempted unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
He will appear in the Brisbane Children’s Court today.
