LOW ACT: Woman with Cerebral Palsy robbed by heartless thieves

A woman with cerebral palsy has been robbed by two heartless thieves while trying to sell magazines at a restaurant in Melbourne’s CBD.

Police said the woman was at a restaurant on the corner of Swanston and Londsdale streets on Monday 17 October when she was approached by two men.

“One man began wiping the woman’s face. However, he allegedly used this time to rummage through the woman’s belongings, taking her purse and putting it in his back pocket,” police said in a statement.
