TWO girls have had a lucky escape after a car crashed over an embankment in Tamborine Mountain.
Emergency crews were called to Tamborine Mountain Road and Cedar Creek Falls Road around 5.40pm on Sunday.
Upon arrival, they found a vehicle had gone over the embankment.

Miraculously, two teenage girls managed to escape serious injury.
They were assessed at the scene by Queensland Ambulance paramedics before electing to travel to hospital privately.
