There’s a secret celebration occurring on the Gold Coast after a Golden Casket customer scored a division one prize in the weekend’s $21 Million Superdraw with an entry they purchased in Currumbin Valley.
The winner, who wishes to remain completely anonymous, has come forward to Golden Casket to claim their first division prize worth $750,000.
Currumbin Fair Newsagency sold the division one winning entry in the Superdraw and owners Barrie and Wendy Parmenter said everyone in the community is excited by the win.

“Word has spread and all our customers have been so excited by the first division win,” Mr Parmenter said.
“We’ve sold division one before but this win was well overdue! We’re now hoping we’ll have more wins coming our way soon!”
The division one winning ticket was sold from Shop 13 in Currumbin Fair Shopping Centre, Bienvenue Drive in Currumbin Valley.
Twenty-eight winners across Australia won a division one share worth $750,000 in Saturday Gold Lotto’s $21 Million Superdraw on Saturday 5 September. Along with the five winning entries sold in Queensland, there were nine winning tickets from Victoria, six in New South Wales and eight in Western Australia.
