Sorry creeps, whoops I mean peeps… as of this week you’re going to need to find a new way to get your stalk on.
It’s been revealed that Instagram is getting rid of it’s ‘Following’ tab, which means you will no longer be able to see when your friends like or comment on someone’s photo or follow another account.
According to Buzzfeed, the social media giant is scratching the feature because it’s rarely used, with most people unaware it even exists.

“People didn’t always know that their activity is surfacing,” Vishal Shah, Instagram’s head of product, told BuzzFeed News.
“So you have a case where it’s not serving the use case you built it for, but it’s also causing people to be surprised when their activity is showing up.”
For most people, when you go to click on the ‘following’ tab it now comes up with a message that reads “To focus on our most-used features, we’re removing Following Activity. Update your app to see the new Activity Tab.”
Well, it looks like that’s it my friends… no more stalking your ex to see whose photos they’re liking or what new accounts they’re following.
