Major technical issue impacting NAB customers nationwide
NAB customers around the country are unable to use some services after the bank was hit with a major outage.
Customers report being unable to login to mobile and desktop banking services.
Many have also taken to social media to say they have been unable to pay for goods in stores.
The bank says the issue is also affecting NAB merchant EFTPOS terminals and NAB trade.
ATMs, NAB cards and Apple Pay are unaffected.
NAB has apologised for the inconvenience and says it is trying to sort the problem out.
“We’re really sorry for the impact this is having,” NAB tweeted.
“We know this is not how anyone wants to start their Monday and we’re working to fix it as soon as possible.”
UPDATE: NAB merchant terminals and NAB Trade are also unavailable but ATMs, NAB cards and Apple Pay are still available. We’re really sorry for the impact this is having. We know this is not how anyone wants to start their Monday and we’re working to fix it as soon as possible.
