Man airlifted to hospital after highway crash west of Brisbane

A man has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after flipping his car on a highway west of Brisbane.

The man reportedly lost control of his car and rolled it on the Warrego Highway at Crowley Vale, between Ipswich and Toowoomba, just before 12.30pm.

Paramedics said the man is believed to be aged in his 60s.

He has since been flown to Prince Alfred Hospital with leg and chest injuries.
