A man has been arrested following the death of a six-month-old baby in Glenroy.
Victoria Police say emergency services were called to a home about 8.40am on Sunday in relation to an unresponsive child.
The baby boy was taken to hospital however died shortly after.
Following investigations into the death of the infant, a 33-year-old man was arrested at a home in Sunshine North this afternoon.
He is currently in custody assisting police with enquiries.
