He was refused bail to front Brisbane Magistrates Court today.

He is the second man to be charged with the murder of Mr Griffiths following the arrest of a 40-year-old Tingalpa man in February.

Detectives last month raided a business Coopers Plains as part of the investigation into the suspicious disappearance of Mr Griffiths and that of Andrew Christopher Walsh who was last seen in Slacks Creek in November.

The remains of Mr Walsh were discovered at the business.

Three people have been charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder and misconduct with a corpse in relation to Walsh’s death.

Investigations are continuing.
